Justin Caporusso

President & CEO

With nearly two decades of public affairs and issue advocacy experience, Justin Caporusso has worked with public and private organizations to develop and execute winning campaigns.  A skilled public relations, marketing, and communications professional, Caporusso has a proven track record of initiating and delivering sustained results and effective change. 

Caporusso has formed and led lasting coalitions with key stakeholders to advance issues through difficult challenges.

From message development and project management, to serving as the corporate spokesperson for a Fortune 200 organization, Caporusso is familiar with all aspects of a communications strategy, and knows what it takes to execute a successful public affairs campaign. 

 

Taylor Rice

Graphic Design & Digital Specialist

Taylor Rice brings public information, media relations, and digital marketing experience to her role, which focuses on graphic design and digital web services on behalf of the firm’s public sector communications clients.

Taylor graduated from Arizona State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and became a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. Ms. Rice also received her certification in Public Information and Media Relations from the California Specialized Training Institute.

Emily Randall

Administrative Assistant / Communications Specialist

Emily Randall brings 4 years of scheduling experience, event planning, social media management, and legislative knowledge to our team. Her role focuses on assisting the President, Justin Caporusso, with administrative and executive support, and will utilize her communication and legislative expertise to serve the firm's public affairs clients. 

Emily graduated from Sacramento State University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. She graduated Cum Laude while working full time with the California State Assembly. Mrs. Randall has worked for several Assemblymembers including former Assemblyman Frank Bigelow, former Assemblyman Randy Voepel, Assemblyman Phillip Chen, and Assemblyman Joe Patterson.
